2.3 Creating a New RSLogix 5000 Project

1 Open the FILE menu, and select NEW.

2 Select the CompactLogix processer model.

3 Select REVISION 16 or newer.

4 Enter a name for the processor, such as My_Controller.

5 Select the CompactLogix chassis type.
